The dishes offered on the menu have the company's and local products as ingredients , to be savored in the peace and tranquility of the splendid Ledro Valley. To welcome you you will find a varied and tasty menu capable of satisfying the palate of every gourmet.

Our Menù

​To start, the Agritur offers cold dishes based on cured meats with seasonal pickles and "carne salada" carpaccio.
Afterwards you can taste the typical first courses of Trentino cuisine such as canederli and strangolapreti.
Not to be missed, upon reservation, is the house specialty: yellow polenta with Storo flour. This dish is prepared as per tradition in the copper cauldron on the wood stove and is accompanied with stew, game, ribs and local baked goat. Furthermore, you can request typical side dishes such as mountain mushrooms, sauerkraut or "peverà di pane". To finish you will find tasty homemade desserts.

​During the summer season, Agritur Al Marter offers the opportunity to eat outdoors, in contact with nature, breathing in its purity and scents.

The restaurant is also open to those who are not staying at the Agritur.
